Laura Chase, FNP-C, PMHNP-BC, is a board-certified Family and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a diverse background in emergency care, internal medicine, and psychiatric nursing. She earned her master’s degree in Nursing from Long Island University and completed her post-master’s PMHNP certificate at Hofstra University. Laura has worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings and has experience teaching NP students in diagnostic and clinical reasoning. She joined Dr. Pitch and the Long Island Neurocare Therapy team in 2024, where she uses her clinical expertise to treat individuals with treatment-resistant depression through medication management, SPRAVATO treatment, and TMS Therapy.
